She is certified through SAM.gov and has worked for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, national labor organizations and various Employee Assistance Programs. She has also provided speaking engagements for the Gates Foundation, the Personalized Medicine Coalition, and the American Federation of Teachers.

For over twenty years, Virginia has developed and delivered work/life seminars, health and wellness workshops, employee engagement and workplace optimization training as well as organizational development consulting services. She has worked closely with employers of all sizes, including fortune 500 companies, and government agencies. She has provide management consulting services to senior executives and their staff.
Group Health Plan, Regional Administrator
As a Regional Administrator for a staff-model HMO, Virginia was solely responsible for strategic and business operations for five medical facilities. She oversaw 250 medical personnel while consistently increasing revenue and profits. Virginia also provided work process improvement and organizational development consulting services to senior staff.
US Air Force Medical Service Corps Officer
Virginia's positions included Director of Managed Care, Director of Patient Administration and Squadron Section Commander with a staff of 300. She negotiated contracts for military members to use civilian hospitals and mental health services. She held security clearance.

Virginia designed and conducted undergraduate business management classes for military members and their dependents for almost 10 years.
